30-Days on GAPS Intro Diet E-book Giveaway

Comments are now closed and the giveaway is over.  You can see if you won here!  If you still want to purchase the ebook for $20, you can do so here.  (And through midnight on January 6th, 2012 use the code “SUPERSALE” for 30% off!)

In honor of the 30-Day GAPS Challenge that I am hosting here (we start January 15th! join us!), I think we need to celebrate with a giveaway.  Cara from over at Health, Home, and Happiness has kindly agreed to give a free copy of her What Can I Eat Now? 30 Days on GAPS Intro Diet Ebook away to one of my lucky readers.  This ebook is valued at $20 and takes you through GAPS Intro Diet step by step with ease!

I have talked about Cara’s ebook before, because I used it a few months ago myself to go through Intro diet a second time since I started GAPS in March 2011.  I loved it so much I cannot help but share the love here with all of you.  The ebook will take you through GAPS Intro Diet, day by day and meal by meal.  It even includes a step by step preparation list that you can get started on as soon as you purchase (or win) the ebook.*

*If you already purchased a copy of the ebook earlier this week, and you end up winning the giveaway: no worries.  Cara will simply refund the amount that you paid.  Score!

  1. Wow, congratulations on your first giveaway! 🙂 I’m a big fan here from Melbourne, Australia.

I’d like to win this ebook because we have been doing the GAPS diet as a family since May 2011. We have done the Intro Diet once (a few months ago after I had finished b/feeding my youngest), but it would be great to have some more ideas/help/inspiration along the way. Our reason for doing GAPS started out being my 2nd daughter that was diagnosed ASD last year, but since reading up it seems I am the one needing a cleanout, and my other 3 daughters (and hubby!) have benefitted along the way! 🙂

  2. I am a Facebook fan of Our Nourishing Roots. 🙂

  3. I am also a Facebook fan of Health, Home and Happiness. 🙂

  4. I would like to start my son on this diet to see if it helps with his inability to put on weight. He may have food allergies and should be tested, but I would like to try the GAPS diet first.

  5. I “liked” you on fb!:-)

  6. I would love to win Cara’s intro e-book! Before she had it out, I bought a meal plan from her for full GAPS. I loved it! We had a really hard time with the intro though & would love to go back & do it again. The help that the intro e-book gives would be a blessing!!:-)

  7. I have been thinking about trying GAPS for some time to address some family health issues. This would be just the thing to finally get me started.

  13. I would love to win this ebook as it will help me share with my husband why I think we should consider trying GAPS. We both have a lot of digestive issues and I think we could make changes to where we don’t have to be like most Americans and just accept “it’s normal to feel bad at our age.”

  51. I subscribed to your newsletter and Health, Home, and happiness. I also “liked” you both on Facebook. I learned a few months ago about the GAPS diet and have done some reading/research. I would like to do the 30 day GAPS challenge and feel that having the support of others will provide the encouragement. My concern is that I work full-time outside the home and don’t really know how time consuming the preparation and the diet is and if it can be done in my situation. Also, we only have a microwave to warm-up food at work. Would appreciate any comments/encouragements about this.
    Thank you!

  82. Thanks for this Cara! We have been on GAPS for 6 mos. and feel like another round through Intro would be really helpful, but just too overwhelming. We are missionaries in Central Africa, can’t afford much right now and it’s tough to get the right ingredients flown in or find good sources locally. We are very tied to the growing seasons in terms of variety. Our family is treating severe food allergies, autoimmune issues, ADHD and high functioning autism with amazing success so far!

I’ve done the Intro diet by myself, but my family is going to be doing it with a group in the spring. I would love to have this book as a guide for us. I have 2 young boys with varying degrees of food allergies and GAPS has completely changed our lives for the better.
